Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you need to return an item, please read the following carefully:
Non-Personalised Products
Simply return the item within 30 days of purchase, complete, in good condition and in original packaging for a full refund.
Personalised Products or Items Made Specifically for You
Due to the nature of personalised products they can not be restocked or resold, therefore, we can only offer refunds if the goods are defective or we have made a manufacturing error. Items whereby you have entered a spelling mistake whilst making your order will not be refunded - please check your spelling carefully (including all punctuation).
Defective Goods
Where items are defective, our standard returns policy for Non-Personalised products applies.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If items are damaged in transit (which very rarely happens) we will issue a replacement as soon as possible, and discuss the damage with Royal Mail who offer compensation. We will normally ask you to return the damaged goods and refund you for the return postage after we receive the goods.
